About The Position
Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their Home Care team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care, focusing on building stronger patient relationships and practicing nursing with more autonomy. Home care allows nurses to utilize their assessment skills, clinical judgment, and compassion to help patients recover safely and remain independent in their homes, contributing to reduced hospital readmissions and improved quality of life. The position is represented by the Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA) collective bargaining unit.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 1 year of acute or sub-acute nursing experience required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
- Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
- Ability to travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities
- Deliver meaningful, one-on-one care

- Perform documentation, care coordination, and visit planning
