About The Position
Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their Home Care team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care where clinical expertise makes a difference. Home care provides more autonomy, stronger patient relationships, and a more rewarding practice of nursing, allowing nurses to focus on patients and help them recover safely and remain independent in their homes. The position is represented by the Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA).
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 1 year of acute or sub-acute nursing experience required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
- Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
- Ability to travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care.
- Practice independently while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
