About The Position
Seeking experienced RNs for in-home care services in Traverse City and surrounding areas. This part-time position focuses on home infusion therapy for individuals from pediatric to geriatric. The role requires independent work in the field, strong communication and time management skills, and familiarity with EMR documentation and Michigan nursing standards. The nurse must be comfortable driving in all weather conditions within a 60-mile radius.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted Michigan RN license
- Valid driver’s license with proof of current auto insurance
- CPR certified
- One-year recent RN experience within a hospital, facility, or clinic
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred
Responsibilities
- Successful peripheral IV access
- PICC/port management
- Comprehensive assessment skills
- Wound care

- Driving in all weather conditions up to a 60-mile radius
