Requirements

One (1) year of RN experience.
Current CA RN License
Current BLS Healthcare Provider through American Heart Association
Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.

Nice To Haves

BSN
One year of acute Medical/Surgical RN experience
Telemetry or Progressive Care experience
Other Certifications: CMSRN, NIHHS Stroke Certification, ACLS
Epic EHR working experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress towards expected outcomes.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and support for patients and their families.
Take primary responsibility for patient care, guiding the Care Team under your supervision to foster a team-oriented approach.
As part of our site-based float pool (SBFP), you will have the chance to float among four major Med/Surg Telemetry units, gaining diverse experience while providing quality care.
