About The Position
The Med Surg Float Pool RN will be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team. They will utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards. The RN will ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care, administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy, and meticulously document all aspects of patient care.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
- BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation
- ECG course completed during clinical orientation
- Critical Care course completed during clinical orientation
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date
