RN Fellowship Program - Summer 2026
About The Position
The Memorial Hermann RN & Radiology Tech Fellowship Program is a transition-to-practice program designed for currently licensed, registered nurses and rad techs who wish to learn and train in a new nursing specialty practice area. This program is not a RN refresher course. It provides a structured, comprehensive path with an evidence-based practice curriculum to supplement competency-based orientation in a new specialty unit. The program offers nurses and rad techs the opportunity to apply three times a year and provides a pathway for experienced professionals looking to enter a new specialty.
Requirements
- Must have at least one (1) year of current RN experience.
- BSN or higher preferred/ADNs accepted.
- Current Texas RN license or temporary permit.
- BLS Certification from American Heart Association.

- Specify your unit of choice with one of the following options in your application: Neonatal ICU/NICU (Nights), Cath Lab, Emergency Department (ED), Labor & Delivery, CV/Surgical ICU, L&D, Medical ICU, IMCU, CVICU, CVIMU, Neurovascular ICU, Neuroscience ICU, Mother Baby, Operating Room, Sarofim/Heart Failure ICU, Neuro ICU, Burn ICU.
