About The Position
The RN and Rad Tech Fellowship Program at Memorial Hermann Health System is a transition-to-practice program designed for currently licensed, registered nurses and radiology technicians who wish to learn and train in a new nursing specialty practice area. This program provides a structured, comprehensive path for professional growth and development, offering an evidence-based practice curriculum to supplement unit-specific, competency-based orientation. The fellowship is offered three times a year and serves as a pathway for experienced professionals looking to enter a new specialty, not as a refresher course.
Requirements
- Must have at least one (1) year of current RN experience
- BSN or higher preferred/ADNs accepted
- Current Texas RN license or temporary permit.
- BLS Certification from American Heart Association.
