About The Position

The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and legal researcher with experience in or familiarity with U.S. immigration law, international human rights, or federal litigation. Fall law clerks are given the opportunity to work on active client matters and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Experience in or familiarity with U.S. immigration law, international human rights, or federal litigation

Responsibilities

  • Conducting legal and country conditions research
  • Drafting client declarations and legal memoranda
  • Organizing and analyzing evidence
