About The Position

Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN Progressive Care Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
  • National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire

Nice To Haves

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
