About The Position

Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN Critical Care Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
• More than 12 months of continuous RN work experience.

Nice To Haves

• National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated upon hire.
