About The Position

Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift. Responsible for prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently integrating a standards-based framework model. Presbyterian is seeking a Labor and Delivery/Mother-Baby RN to provide expert care throughout childbirth and postpartum recovery. In this role, you will oversee patient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns. Responsibilities include patient education, informed consent guidance, and supporting families in newborn care. You will maintain clinical competency, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and collaborate on care plans. Strong communication, teamwork, and on-call support are essential. Requirements

  • ADN/BSN/MSN
  • NM State or Multistate License
  • BLS Requires at Time of Hire
