About The Position

Delivers comprehensive health services and programs directly on company premises to support employee well-being. Assesses workplace health risks, implementing preventive healthcare initiatives, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. Manages confidential medical records, conducts health screenings, and collaborates with management and healthcare providers to facilitate effective employee health services and rehabilitation. Focuses on educating employees about health promotion, disease prevention, and safe work practices to foster a healthier work environment.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
ADN required
License to practice nursing in the state of Florida.
Current BLS certification.
5+ years - Employee health services delivery
3+ years - Workplace health risk assessment
3+ years - Health screenings and record management
2+ years - Collaboration with healthcare providers
2+ years - Health promotion and education
Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a “non-frequent driver”

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
Board certification in specialty area preferred.
BSN
