About The Position
As an Employee Health RN, you will serve as a critical clinician, safeguarding the well-being of our dedicated staff and fostering a healthy, thriving workplace community through expert assessment and intervention. Every day you will deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including complex pre-employment screenings, immunizations, acute injury assessment and management, case management, and proactive health education for our employees. Requirements
- Associate Of Nursing Nursing
- 3 years’ experience as a RN, upon hire
- Registered Nurse: TN, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including complex pre-employment screenings, immunizations, acute injury assessment and management, case management, and proactive health education for employees.
- Perform New Hire Assessments.
- Conduct Chain of Custody Urine collections for Pandora, Random and For cause drug screens.
- Administer Hepatitis B regulatory standards and other immunizations.
- Perform data collection, recording, reporting, and communicating.
- Provide First Aid and follow up.
- Manage the Sharps Program and OSHA log.
