About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, working 12-hour night shifts. Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of California.
- Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- One year experience in an emergency, telemetry or critical care area.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six months of hire into position.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in the Emergency Room.
- Adhere to SAMC workplace violence policy training for care of behavioral health/aggressive-combative patients, families, visitors, etc., within three (3) months of hire and annually thereafter.
Benefits
- Pay Range: $46.01 - 66.73 May be adjusted based on career ladder placement.
