About The Position
We’re seeking a Charge Nurse responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned area and for providing direct, immediate supervision to the staff. This role is also responsible for technical assistance to physicians in the outpatient management of patients. It’s an exciting time to be a nurse at MultiCare. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency nursing experience is required.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Three (3) years recent clinical nursing experience
- One (1) year supervisory/management experience

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
