RN - Educator - Freeman Education Department - West Campus
About The Position
Our Mission To improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions. Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/week) The Educator II designs and conducts educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff including various National Certification Courses, Preceptor Development Training, and other various system courses and serves as a back-up instructor for Patient Care Orientation, RN Residency Program. The Educator II promotes and leads by example the Freeman Health System's Five Star Promise of Compassion, Teamwork, Professionalism, Ownership and Communication.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
Responsibilities
- Designs and conducts educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff including various National Certification Courses, Preceptor Development Training, and other various system courses
