Elderwood is seeking an RN Educator to lead orientation, education, and ongoing competency development for our nursing and clinical teams - ensuring excellence, compliance, and confidence at every level of care. In this highly visible and influential role, you will design, implement, and evaluate orientation, compliance, and continuing education programs for facility staff, serve as a clinical mentor and resource to new nurses, Nurse Preceptors, and leadership teams, lead and coordinate General Orientation, department-based onboarding, and licensed nurse orientation programs, ensure staff remain current with evolving clinical standards, policies, and best practices, and foster a culture of learning, accountability, and clinical excellence. This role also serves as the primary Instructor for the Nursing Assistant Training Program (NATP).
