About The Position
Home Heart Florida is looking for a compassionate nurse to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in the home. We thoughtfully match nurses with families based on clinical experience, personality, location, and schedule. This role offers the opportunity to provide RN education to a family near you for an increased rate.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- BLS certification
- Experience with G-tube
- 1 year of Pediatric Experience
- 1 year of Home Care Experience
- Dependable, communicative, and comfortable working independently in the home
- Reliable transportation

- Spanish language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document changes in patient condition
- Provide feeding, respiratory, and other case-specific care as applicable
- Communicate with the family and clinical team
