This role is for a Float Pool RN in the ICU, working within the Division Resource Center. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work across different units as needed. Requirements
- State Issued RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS
- Must have minimum 2 years of acute care experience: Critical Care, Intermediate Care
Nice To Haves
- BSN Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
- Practices safe medication administration and assesses patient responses to medication.
- Participates in reviewing and/or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
