About The Position
Jefferson University Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Center City Float Pool. This role is crucial for providing patient care across various units, particularly in critical care settings. The hospital is recognized for its high performance in specialty care and is Magnet Recognized. Schedules are made available six weeks in advance, offering some predictability for team members.
Requirements
- State Issued RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS
- Must have minimum 2 years of acute care experience: Critical Care, Intermediate Care
Nice To Haves
- BSN Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
- Practices safe medication administration and assesses patient responses to medication.
- Participates in reviewing and/or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
