About The Position
Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging. This role involves leading a small disciplinary team and engaging with the local community to develop referrals and grow patient census, while ensuring compliance with professional and ethical guidelines. The program is set to open in October 2026 in Hastings, PA.
Requirements
- BSN or ASN required
- RN license required
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice required
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
- Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required
Nice To Haves
- Psychiatric experience preferred
- Passion for working with Older Adults preferred
- Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
- Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
- Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
- Growing and maintaining patient census
- Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
