About The Position

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging. The RN Director of Mental Health Program will lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population. This role involves engaging with the local community through education, referral development, and growing/maintaining patient census, while ensuring compliance through professional and ethical guidelines. The program is set to open in October 2026 in Hastings, PA, serving older adults ages 65 and up.

Requirements

BSN or ASN required
RN license required
Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice required
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment.
At times, this may include drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Psychiatric experience preferred
Passion for working with Older Adults preferred
Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities
