About The Position

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The role is located at 7974 UW Health Court, Middleton, WI, with visits to clinics throughout the area. The RN Director Ambulatory Operations will lead the growing Departments of Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Vascular, Podiatry, and Thoracic. This role involves providing oversight and collaboration with operational and physician partners, representing the departments on various committees and workgroups, and leading innovation, transformation, and change leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing Required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse and eligible to practice in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• 5 years relevant experience in the management of ambulatory services and/or programs Required

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration Preferred
• Has held administrative position in a large academic or complex health program that included clinical operations Preferred
