About The Position

The RN Dialysis Apheresis is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned patient groups during a designated time frame and during dialysis apheresis procedures. This role provides care to patients through the therapeutic use of the nursing process, environment, treatment, and modalities, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration. The RN coordinates, delegates, and provides direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and patient care team members.

Requirements

• Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana and as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
