Journey Nursing Services is expanding and seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time RN to join their team. Requirements
- Current Washington state RN license in good standing
- Current BLS
- One (1) year of nursing experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small caseload consisting of RN Delegation and Private Duty Nursing patients.
- Establish care plans.
- Complete skilled nursing visits.
- Provide float delegation coverage for the nursing team.
- Provide RN coverage to the communities they support.
- Provide 1:1 Private duty nursing (potentially Trach/vent, TPN).
- See patients in a variety of community settings.
- Admit patients and establish care goals.
- Establish and maintain the plan of care and review progress to goals.
- Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assess, treat, implement, and evaluate patients.
- Delegate care to caregivers in community settings.
- Provide education to nurses, caregivers, families, and patients.
- Foster a high-performing culture of excellence that drives employee engagement and provides exceptionally reliable, safe, high-quality patient care.
- Perform other job-related duties as needed.
