Requirements

Current Washington state RN license in good standing
Current BLS
One (1) year of nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

Manage a small caseload consisting of RN Delegation and Private Duty Nursing patients.
Establish care plans.
Complete skilled nursing visits.
Provide float delegation coverage for the nursing team.
Provide RN coverage to the communities they support.
Perform 1:1 Private duty nursing, potentially including Trach/vent, TPN.
See patients in a variety of community settings.
Admit patients and establish care goals.
Establish and maintain the plan of care and review progress to goals.
Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
Assess, treat, implement, and evaluate patients.
Delegate care to caregivers in community settings.
Provide education to nurses, caregivers, families, and patients.
Foster a high-performing culture of excellence that drives employee engagement and provides exceptionally reliable, safe, high-quality patient care.
Perform other job-related duties as needed.
