Requirements

• Current Washington state RN license in good standing
• Current BLS
• One (1) year of nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of RN Delegation and Private Duty Nursing patients.
• Establish care plans.
• Complete skilled nursing visits.
• Provide float delegation coverage for the nursing team.
• Provide RN coverage to the communities supported.
• Provide 1:1 Private duty nursing, potentially including Trach/vent and TPN.
• See patients in a variety of community settings.
• Admit patients and establish care goals.
• Establish and maintain the plan of care and review progress to goals.
• Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assess, treat, implement, and evaluate patients.
• Delegate care to caregivers in community settings.
• Provide education to nurses, caregivers, families, and patients.
• Foster a high-performing culture of excellence that drives employee engagement and provides exceptionally reliable, safe, high-quality patient care.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
