About The Position

Overlake is seeking a dedicated cardiac team member for its Inpatient Surgery department, an award-winning 17-suite operating room handling open heart, cardiothoracic, neuro, orthopedic, total joint, and general cases. The role calls for outstanding clinical skills and cardiac experience, along with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide efficient, compassionate care. Overlake’s cardiovascular program includes two dedicated cardiothoracic surgeons who perform TAVR, minimally invasive aortic and mitral valve surgeries, beating-heart bypass surgery, and repair of aortic dissections and aneurysms. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position working 80 hours per biweekly pay period on the day shift. The hourly pay range is $50.72–$90.17. Qualified new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
Current Washington state RN license.
Healthcare provider CPR certification.
At least one year of operating room experience.
CVOR experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
First-scrub experience preferred.
