About The Position
We are seeking a skilled CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in open heart and/or endovascular procedures, along with the ability to scrub into surgeries and assist in holding the heart and closing the chest.
Requirements
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS preferred.
- Experience in open heart and/or endovascular procedures is required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
- Scrubbing skills are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the CVOR setting, including scrubbing and circulating during procedures.
- Assist in patient management and support during open heart, TAVR, and thoracic surgeries.
- Coordinate with the OR team and participate in pre- and post-operative care.
- Maintain patient safety and ensure adherence to protocols and practices in the operating room.
