About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a CVICU RN for an exciting Travel or Local job in Ocala, FL. This is a Direct Hire/ Full Time position for Nights (Rotating Weekends). The pay rate is $32.00/hr – $40.00/hr for up to 10 years of experience, and up to $48.00/hr for 17+ years of experience. There is a night shift differential of $4.25/hr. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year recent ICU RN experience required (within the last 2–3 years)
PCU RN experience (2+ years) may be considered
Active Florida RN license or compact RN license required
Associate Degree in Nursing required
BLS required within 30 days of hire
ACLS required within 90 days of hire
Strong critical care and high-acuity patient management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
Ability to work in fast-paced ICU environment

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
Compact license must obtain Florida RN license within 60 days if applicable

Responsibilities

Provide advanced critical care to CVICU patients, including ventilated and multi-drip patients
Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and care plans
Deliver high-acuity ICU nursing care with focus on safety and quality outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
Ensure adherence to critical care protocols and hospital standards
