Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Illinois RN license
- Ability to complete RN Trainer requirements within six months
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Physical ability to meet job requirements (I.e. - perform CPR, lift up to 50 lbs)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee DSC’s nursing services within the residential program
- Partner with the Director of Residential Services to develop, implement, and elevate the Nursing Program
- Support, coach, and guide staff to deliver exceptional care

Benefits
- $77,000 – 85,000 per year
- Grant-funded retention bonuses up to 2 payments for a maximum of $1,600 per fiscal year!
