The RN Coordinator, Nursing Operations will collaborate with leadership in assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the designated Program. They will assist in program, center, and/or service line development, managing the accreditation process and ensuring continuous compliance with state and national standards. Projects supported by the team member may include, but are not limited to: International Nurse recruitment, onboarding, and integration initiatives, Standardized new graduate nurse orientation and transition-to-practice programs, Nursing workforce development and pipeline programs, Policy and procedure standardization, Education and competency alignment across facilities, Quality and safety-related nursing initiatives, Pilot programs and system-wide nursing operational improvements.
