Coordinate the nursing services of Providence Home Infusion. This includes process development, patient and staff scheduling, coordination with pharmacy and oversight of daily workflow for delivery of nursing care. Requirements

• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years Home Infusion nursing experience.
