About The Position

Fundamental Administrative Services, LLC is searching for an experienced Registered Nurse to support client skilled nursing centers in multiple states. This role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid (office/work from home) capacity. Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date. The RN Compliance Specialist will assist in coordinating compliance audits, claim denial/appeal response, quality monitoring, education development, recognition initiatives, and other compliance-related outreach activities. The role involves developing compliance policies, serving as a resource for client skilled nursing entities, and collaborating with client staff and external entities in compliance-related activities. Other appropriate functions may be requested.

Requirements

Experienced Registered Nurse
Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating compliance audits, claim denial/appeal response, quality monitoring, education development, recognition initiatives, and other compliance related outreach activities.
Develop compliance policies.
Serve as a resource for client skilled nursing entities.
Collaborate with client staff/external entities in compliance related activities.
Perform other appropriate functions as may be requested.
