This department is responsible for the e-verify, I-9 process, and other HR employment processes. Working with full time employees, the contractor will action on I-9 cases in the HR Information system, including matching employee files with government records, and documenting case information. The specialist will be responsible for emailing or calling internal Managers to obtain additional documents or information. This person will navigate the system to make sure there are appropriate documents in place for employees to be eligible to work (i.e. ensuring identification matches, legal residency, etc.).
