RN Clinical Resource Leader- Materials Management
About The Position
The Clinical Resource Leader - RN has delegated responsibility for our standard methodology for product evaluations and clinician engagement utilizing quality and clinical evidence criteria. The individual combines a business case (financial benefits) and clinical analysis (qualitative benefits) to drive informed decisions about product efficacy, safety, and cost which result in an optimal formulary. This value analysis process always encompasses supply items; however, could extend to purchased services, capital equipment, service agreements, professional services, and all other goods and services which require the execution of a signed contract. This individual collaborates with key internal departments across the network such as purchasing, finance, accounts payable, and legal affairs, as well as all end user departments to review their business needs and translate them into an optimal formulary. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in product evaluations and clinician engagement
- Understanding of quality and clinical evidence criteria
- Ability to combine business case (financial benefits) and clinical analysis (qualitative benefits)
- Experience with value analysis processes
- Collaboration skills with internal departments (purchasing, finance, accounts payable, legal affairs) and end-user departments
