About The Position

The Materials Resource Planner is responsible for production and purchased goods forecasting, planning and purchasing. This person will monitor, analyze and generate requisitions for all materials required for both in-house production, assembly and outsourced components and subcontracted goods. The role involves daily coordination with sales, production and warehouse departments.

• MS OFFICE EXPERIENCE
• QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE
• ABILITY TO CREATE SPREADSHEETS IN EXCEL
• PURCHASING EXPERIENCE
• WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIRED
• GOOD LANGUAGE AND MATH SKILLS
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of components required for order fulfillment
• Create purchase orders for outsourced items
• Create purchase orders for in-house manufactured items
• Track subcontractor orders and in-house production
• Monitor and adjust reorder points of purchased and in-house manufactured goods based on trending sales demand.
• Light warehouse duties including shipping/receiving support as needed
