RN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator
About The Position
As the RN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator, you will use nursing skills to support care plan implementation and auditing through the Triple Check process. The role contributes to residents’ quality of life by ensuring their safety and needs are addressed across all aspects of care. The RN reviews cases and determines reimbursement care mix levels, and assists clinical and therapeutic departments with the MDS process. Benedictine is a non-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
- Experience in geriatric nursing.
- Knowledge of MDS, Medicare, and the assessment and care-planning process.
Responsibilities
- Review cases and determine reimbursement care mix levels.
- Assist clinical and therapeutic departments with the MDS process.
- Support care plan implementation and auditing through the Triple Check process.
- Help ensure residents’ safety and needs are met across all aspects of care.
