About The Position

Ascension Alexian Brothers is seeking an RN Clinical Professional Development to join their team in Elk Grove Village, IL. This part-time, day shift position offers a salary range of $47,111.50 - $66,508.00 per year. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for nursing clinical areas across the continuum of care, including travel between various suburban sites. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic consultant for designing, implementing, and evaluating competency-based programs and clinical performance processes. Collaboration with leaders and staff to identify educational needs and develop plans supporting core nursing and clinical competencies is essential. The role also includes managing performance standards for inter-professional programs and evaluating learning goals.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
Required professional licensure at time of hire

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities related to nursing clinical areas across the continuum of care, including traveling between various sites within the suburbs.
Serve as a strategic consultant to design, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted, competency-based programs and clinical performance processes.
Collaborate with leaders and staff to assess educational needs and develop plans that support core nursing and clinical competencies across the organization.
Manage performance standards for inter-professional programs and utilize specific methods, measurements, and tools to evaluate the achievement of learning goals.
