RN Clinical Manager – Memory Care
About The Position
Touchmark at Georgetown is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support within its Memory Care neighborhood. This role involves working closely with the Health Services Director to support Memory Care residents, families, and the care team. The RN Clinical Manager will offer day-to-day leadership for the Memory Care team, assist with resident care planning, support care staff in making informed decisions, and act as a resource for families. This position is ideal for an RN passionate about dementia care, mentoring, and making a difference in a senior living environment, requiring strong clinical judgment, compassion, patience, and professional leadership.
Requirements
- Possess a current RN license.
- Have experience working with older adults in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Have a strong interest in Memory Care, dementia care, and supporting residents with cognitive changes.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to care team members.
- Partner with the Health Services Director to support quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with resident assessments, care plans, documentation, and follow-up.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, team members, and visitors.
- Help create a calm, supportive, and engaging environment for Memory Care residents.
- Maintain patience and tact when responding to resident needs, family concerns, and team member questions.
