About The Position

This role involves coordinating unit staffing and providing leadership to ensure clinical objectives are met and high-quality patient care is delivered. The RN Clinical Lead will assess daily patient care needs, assign and direct nursing/support staff, and prioritize operations based on patient and physician demands. They will oversee workflow, address patient care concerns, and ensure adequate resources, materials, and supplies for safe, efficient operations. Additionally, this role contributes to hiring, training, performance development, and evaluation of staff.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
A minimum of 1 year of Charge Nurse or Lead Role experience required.
Inpatient acute behavioral health experience required.
