About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Educator for our Tucson Skilled Nursing office. Clinical Educators at BAYADA assist field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. You’ll be accountable for evaluating and developing field staff. Focused on the clinical competency of your staff as well as creating a warm, organized and welcoming office grounded in customer service, you’ll set the tone for your team’s success.

Requirements

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing for a minimum of 2 years
• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN
• At least one year of community health, public health or home care experience
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
• Solid communication and PC skills
• Experience facilitating training and educational sessions/classes
• Serve as a mentor
• Able to continuously improve and adapt curriculum depending on educational needs

• BSN/MSN preferred and highly desired
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Supervisory experience a plus
