About The Position

Agape Care Group is seeking a Clinical Educator (RN) who is passionate about creating a memorable onboarding experience and committed to the ongoing education and professional growth of all team members. This role involves facilitating new hire orientation, providing a streamlined and thorough orientation program, and delivering ongoing education to employees. The Clinical Educator will identify staff learning needs, develop educational programs, collaborate with supervisors and compliance to identify trends, provide education on regulatory guideline updates, and mentor new employees. The role also encompasses facilitating the educational process through assessment, development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of orientation, competency assessment, continuing education, and leadership development. Some travel is required. Clinical educators have access to a supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities with room for advancement. Requirements

  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Graduate of an accredited program
  • Current State License in applicable Field
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrates proven decision-making ability
  • Proficient with computer skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Ability to use varying styles, approaches, skills, and techniques that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multi-cultural workplace
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Reliable Transport

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor, or Master Degree preferred
  • RN preferred
  • Education experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire orientation
  • Provide a streamlined, thorough orientation program and ongoing education to all employees
