About The Position

This Per Diem position coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization. The role ensures adequate nursing staff through the management of nursing staff resources, facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital, and directs and collaborates with appropriate department managers to expedite patient movement. The RN Clinical Coordinator also assists Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development, human resource management, and promoting quality care. Responsibilities include clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties. This position is for the Women and Families Campus and is part of Capacity Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Emergency Department or Intensive Care Units (after orientation training).
• Experience participating in or running rapid response/ code teams.
• 5 years experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• PA Registered Nurse License.
