Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Operating Room Technician training program that includes on-the-job training.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 1 year experience in an operating room.
• Cert Operating Room Tech
• Cert Surgical Tech

• 'Certification requirement is only for those individuals hired after December 29, 2020'

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and prepares the surgical field based upon the specific procedure and surgeon's preference.
• Performs duties adhering to stringent standards of aseptic techniques and in accordance with Operating Room and hospital policies and procedures.
