About The Position

Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/week) What You'll Do Assists Director And Assistant Director In Planning, Implementing, Directing, Coordinating And Evaluating The Clinical Functions And Outcomes Of The Icu. Collaborates With Other Management Team Members To Develop And Foster An Effective Clinical Climate Working Jointly With Administration, Physicians, And Staff; Develop The Departmental Mission, Vision, Values, Goals, Long Range Plans, Services, And Capital And Operational Budgets, And Approve Policies And Procedures.

Requirements

• CVICU Charge Nurse Experience.
• Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License from A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurses state Of Residence.

• BSN degree preferred
