About The Position

This days-only position offers no nights or weekends and provides a unique opportunity to continue meaningful patient interactions while developing leadership experience. As a working leader, you'll be trained in both phone triage and rooming workflows, serve as a resource for staff, help support daily clinic operations, and contribute to improving clinical outcomes. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including, but not limited to, those accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
  • Currently holds an unencucumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
  • Functions within the legal scope of practice.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred in Fargo, Fargo Network, Bemidji, Sioux Falls Network and Rapid City. Required in Bismarck and Sioux Falls (Sanford USD Medical Center and Clinics)
  • Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
  • Prior clinic experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication, critical-thinking skills, and adapt to a dynamic clinic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates health care services for patients in cooperation with the health care team.
  • Serves as a mentor to staff while assisting in facilitating the over-all clinic activities.
  • Participates and may serve in leadership roles on department/organizational tasks forces and committees.
  • Overseeing daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow
  • Supporting the team through mentoring, coaching, and education
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and organizational standards
  • Collaborating with leadership to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
