The RN in this role has experience working in a senior care, long-term care, and/or short-term rehab care environment. They will support Nursing Leadership with their clinical knowledge and expertise in coordinating resident admissions and discharges, conducting routine and focused chart audits to ensure accurate and timely documentation (QAPI), assisting with Wound Care rounding and ensuring wound documentation and education of the nursing team on standards and procedures, and serving as a Clinical Resource for our nursing team, contributing to Keswick’s mission of improving the experience of aging through exceptional clinical care.
