About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operations and coordination of the ambulatory primary care float pool. This role involves supervising primary care ambulatory float pool RNs whose work supports various ambulatory/clinic locations, promoting staff continuing education and evidence-based practice, and facilitating communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members and clinics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- 2 years of RN experience Required
- RN licensed in the state where employed Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
