About The Position
This position will be at the Arboretum Clinic located in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to: Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operations and coordination of the ambulatory primary care float pool. Supervise primary care ambulatory float pool RNs whose work supports various ambulatory/clinic locations. Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among team members and clinics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- 2 years of RN experience Required
- RN licensed in the state where employed Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
